Real Estate sales is both exciting and full of challenges in today's shifting market. My approach tends to be holistic rather than focusing on only one facet of my client's real estate needs and my goal is to make the whole process fun, stress-free and as positive as possible! For sellers, I look at both their financial position as well as the condition and location of their home and then work with them to maximize the yield on their investment. With buyers, I do the same, focusing on their needs and objectives as well as their financial wherewithal to make sure they're making a wise investment and the best decision for their families. My clients are more than real estate transactions, they're people, and taking good care of them is the most important part of my job. I love where I live, and that's my goal for them too!
I love what I do and my clients benefit from both my energy and experience in the local market. I've been fortunate to build a solid real estate business despite the economic downturn we recently experienced. Consistently one of the top five producers at KWBNW, I put over 40 homes under agreement in 2014 and believe 2015 will be even busier. As an Associate Broker, I participate actively in both a leadership role as well as presenting in-house training programs, I believe in sharing my knowledge and experience with my colleagues so that we can all grow our businesses and achieve our personal goals.
